Facing your inner landscape enables a recognition of your own inbuilt intelligence, that which is felt in the body, and yet it is beyond body, mind, personality and ego. Your internal intelligence offers your own personal guidance system. When you learn its language, and learn to listen, you will find you begin to trust life where once you experienced fear. You will find the stable ground that enables you to see your place in the whole, your purpose.
Breathwork offers a very simple and safe process to access your inner self. This residential retreat for men and women offers four days to dive in deeply, to be guided lovingly, and to be supported and looked after while you journey within your internal self. You will learn new tools for observing your inner and outer realities, and how to navigate in less travelled realms. You will have the opportunity to share with others and participate in heartful and honest community.

WHY WORK IN GROUPS?
The beauty of retreat-ing is that you step outside of your normal life and its demands on your attention. There is no need to 'pull yourself together' and function as you normally do. You are cared for and looked after, so that you can go as deeply as you need to. You can try out new ways of living, relating to others, listening to yourself. You can establish new habits.
The four day retreat is organised to allow a good balance between structured time in group processes, and personal time out, for walking, resting, sleeping, sauna-ing, swiming or being with others.
