This four day residential retreat for men and women invites a conscious recognition and opening into the many transitions that life offers. We are all constantly navigating changes in our personal, interpersonal, environmental and global seasons, and the transition time between different stages tends to be rocky, messy and chaotic. How can we welcome the messy and the chaotic with grace, and learn to be in the unknown zone? - no longer the familiar of the old, and not yet the new. The great Unknown ...
Whether you are facing a subtle change in who you experience yourself to be, or you have a heightened awareness of global environmental or consciousness shifts, or you're navigating a move in place or work, marriage, birth, death, menarche, menopause, children leaving home or coming back ... change is challenging and constant.
The retreat will lovingly support you to work with whatever is trying to happen in you, around you and for you.
WHY WORK IN GROUPS?
The beauty of retreat-ing is that you step outside of your normal life and its demands on your attention. There is no need to 'pull yourself together' and function as you normally do. You are cared for and looked after, so that you can go as deeply as you need to. You can try out new ways of living, relating to others, listening to yourself. You can establish new habits.
The four day retreat is organised to allow a good balance between structured time in group processes, and personal time out, for walking, resting, sleeping, sauna-ing, swiming or being with others.
Come to the retreat on your own, or come with your partner, friend or family member and deepen your connections.
